Terms of Service

Chapter 1: General Provisions
Article 1 (Purpose)
These Terms of Service are intended to define all matters related to the use of services (hereinafter referred to as “Services”) provided by ContentsBridge Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “the Company”) on the ContentsBridge website (http://www.conb.kr).
Article 2 (Definition of Terms)
The terms used in these Terms of Service are defined as follows
  • - Customer: A person who has entered the basic customer information and has made an online inquiry through the website.
Article 3 (Effect and Changes of Terms)
  • - These Terms of Service take effect by being posted on the service menu and website.
  • - The Company may amend these Terms for reasonable reasons, and the amended Terms take effect by being posted in the same manner as outlined in paragraph 1.
Article 4 (Rules Outside the Terms)
Matters not specified in these Terms shall comply with relevant laws and regulations.
Chapter 2: Use Agreement
Article 5 (Application for Use)
  • - An applicant can apply for use by agreeing to these Terms and the Privacy Policy on the “Contact Us” page and completing the registration process by pressing the “Submit Inquiry” button.
  • - Users who do not enter their real name or accurate information cannot receive legal protection and may be restricted from using the Services.
Article 6 (Acceptance of Use Application)
  • - The Company shall accept the application for use as described in Article 5, except in cases falling under paragraphs 2 and 3.
  • - The Company may refuse acceptance in the following cases.
    • - When the user provides false information when registering.
    • - When the inquiry is unrelated to the Services provided by the Company.
    • - When the application requirements set by the Company are incomplete.
Chapter 3: Obligations of the Contracting Parties
Article 7 (Company’s Obligations)
  • - The Company is obligated to operate the website in a stable and continuous manner.
  • - If a user raises a valid opinion or complaint, the Company must address it immediately. If immediate resolution is difficult, the Company shall inform the user of the reason and the schedule for handling the issue via an announcement (notice) or email.
  • - Exceptions apply when required by law, requested by investigative authorities, or when a warrant is presented.
Article 8 (User’s Obligations)
  • - Users must be familiar with and comply with these Terms, the Company’s notices, and the website’s usage guide. Users must not interfere with the Company’s operations.
  • - Users may not engage in any profit-making activities using the site without prior approval from the Company.
  • - Users may not copy, reproduce, modify, translate, publish, broadcast, or otherwise use the information obtained from the site without the Company’s prior approval, nor provide it to others.
Chapter 4: Provision and Use of Services
Article 9 (Use of Services)
  • - Users must comply with the provisions set forth in these Terms when using the website.
  • - Matters concerning the use of Services not specified in these Terms shall be determined by separate notices from the Company.
  • - The Service is available year-round, 24 hours a day, barring any business or technical issues. However, exceptions apply for dates or times determined by the site for necessary maintenance.
Article 10 (Provision of Information)
The Company may provide various information deemed necessary for users via email or postal mail during Service use.
Article 11 (Restriction of Service Use)
The Company may restrict a user’s access to the site if the user engages in the following activities
  • - Actions that disrupt public order or good morals, or otherwise contravene social norms.
  • - Actions that are intended for or related to criminal activity.
  • - Actions that damage the reputation of others or significantly disrupt the use of the Services by others.
  • - Actions that send unsolicited advertising or content against the will of the recipient.
  • - Actions that hinder the sound operation of Services, such as hacking or spreading computer viruses.
  • - Actions that infringe on the intellectual property rights of other users or 3rd party or that could potentially do so.
  • - Any other actions that violate relevant laws or are deemed inappropriate by the Company.
Article 12 (Suspension of Service Provision)
The Company may suspend all or part of the Services under the following circumstances.
  • - When telecommunications carriers, as stipulated in the Telecommunications Business Act, cease their services.
  • - In the event of power outages that make Service provision impossible.
  • - When relocation, maintenance, or construction of facilities is unavoidable.
  • - When normal Service provision is not possible due to Service facility failure or an excessive increase in usage.
  • - During times of war, incidents, natural disasters, or similar national emergencies.
  • - In case the website needs to temporarily suspend services due to difficulties in providing normal Service, it may do so after posting the reasons and timing of the Service suspension on the homepage one week prior to the suspension. The website shall not be held responsible if users fail to recognize the posted content during this period. Furthermore, the website shall not be held responsible for any content of messages and other communications stored or transmitted through this service that could not be stored, were deleted, failed to be transmitted, or for any other loss of communication data due to the aforementioned Service suspension.
  • - In case the website needs to permanently discontinue the the Service due to its circustances, it shall be in accordance with paragraph 6. However, in this case, the prior notice period shall be one month.
  • - The website may temporarily modify, change, or suspend the Service after prior notice, and shall not bear any responsibility to users or 3rd parties for this.
Article 13 (User’s Responsibility for Service Use)
Users may not engage in business activities involving illegal products using the Services without explicit, written approval from an authorized Company employee. Specifically, users are prohibited from engaging in commercial activities involving hacking, advertising for profit, commercial activities via obscene websites, or illegal distribution of commercial software. The Company shall not be held liable for any results or losses arising from such business activities or any legal actions taken by relevant authorities.
Chapter 5: Miscellaneous
Article 14 (Indemnification and Compensation for Damages)
  • - The Company is exempt from liability if the Services cannot be provided due to force majeure such as natural disasters.
  • - The Company shall not be liable for any outcomes arising from transactions between users or between users and 3rd parties.
  • - The Company assumes no responsibility for the accuracy or reliability of information, materials, or content posted by users on the bulletin board, and users are responsible for using the site at their own risk.
  • - The Company is not liable for any disadvantages suffered by users due to the selection or use of materials posted or transmitted by them or related to the use of free services.
  • - Users shall indemnify the Company for any damages incurred as a result of violating these Terms and shall indemnify the Company from such damages.
Article 15 (Dispute Resolution)
  • - The Company and users shall make every effort to resolve disputes arising from the use of the site amicably.
  • - If a lawsuit is filed despite the efforts described in paragraph 1, the exclusive jurisdiction shall lie with the Seoul Central District Court.
Supplementary Provisions
These Terms of Service shall take effect on November 15, 2024.
